Unmatched breakfast experience

We had a lovely stay with beautiful, immaculate rooms and enjoyed a delicious breakfast made with top-notch ingredients. The garden area was perfect for our morning coffee, and the cozy lounge was a great spot to unwind. Just a heads-up that pre-ordering breakfast can be tricky when making choices ahead of time, but the overall experience was fantastic. 🌼

Couple’s great getaway

First off, the breakfast was like a masterpiece, made with quality ingredients right when you need it. The owners, Glyn and Corina, were so genuinely friendly, they even went out of their way to return a phone charger my husband left behind, but wait, there’s more, the decor in our room was not just nice, it felt personal and made the whole place feel like home.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

A lovely place with warm hospitality, the room felt spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delightful with many choices. the bed could have been bigger, and the noise from adjoining rooms was a bit annoying. Still, an enjoyable experience overall.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring the best bacon I’ve ever had, along with crispy hash browns. The location was ideal, just a short distance from Aberdyfi and Machynlleth, perfect for exploring the unspoiled beauty of the area. there could have been more options for dinner nearby, and parking was slightly limited, which detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.

An unexpected delight! The warmth from Corina and Glyn made my stay memorable, and I highly recommend enjoying a meal at the Riverside Pub next time. Alfie, their adorable Cavapoo, was a charming addition to the experience. Don’t miss out on the tasty breakfast options!

I had a fantastic stay in this delightful guesthouse, where I could easily walk to the breathtaking Dyfi Osprey Project just 2.5 km away and enjoy peaceful views at Cors Dyfi, less than a 30-minute stroll.

I had a fantastic stay in this delightful b and b, where I loved the clean and bright room with a beautiful view, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Dyfi Osprey Project almost 2 km away and the lovely Cefn Caer, Owain Glyndwr's Medieval Hall House just over 1.5 km from the hotel, which I could stroll to leisurely. also, the owners were very welcoming, which added a personal touch to my experience.

my stay was incredible and exceeded my expectations. the room was immaculate, equipped with everything I needed for my stay, and the breakfast options were top-notch. it's definitely my new go-to place in pennal for a budget-friendly stay.

Room was large and comfy, with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, and a super cozy bed. The shower had awesome pressure, and the toiletries were really good quality. The breakfast was top-notch, cooked to order with a ton of variety, using fresh ingredients. Loved the snug feel of the place overall!
